ELIGIBILITY
Individuals - 2019 USATF Virginia members in good standing are eligible to score in this championship. Members from other associations are invited to compete in the race but will be scored as guest competitors.

Open Teams - USATF Virginia member clubs (see list here) may score as teams in the Open division. Only athletes that have the club affiliation as part of their USATF member profile will be considered eligible to score for a club (check your club affiliation here).

8:00am USATF Virginia Championship race - 5 km
9:15am collegiate race - men
9:50am collegiate race - women

AWARDS
Individuals - Championship medals will be awarded in the following divisions:

Junior (born in 2000 or before)
Open (born in 1999 - 39 yrs.)
Masters (5 year masters divisions starting with 40-44)

Teams

The winning open teams (men and women) will each earn a $500 travel stipend from USATF that can be used for travel to compete at the USATF National Club Cross Country Championships (December 14; Bethlehem, PA)
