ADVANCEMENTS TO NATIONALS

The top twelve (12) in each event (except the combined events) will qualify for the USATF National Junior Olympic Championships (July 22-28; College Station, TX). The top two (2) finishers in the Triathlon, Pentathlon, Heptathlon, and Decathlon will qualify for the national championships.

TRAVEL GRANTS TO NATIONALS

USATF Virginia has allocated a total budget of $12,000 for travel grants for athletes who qualify for and compete in the USATF National Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships (July 22-28; College Station, TX). Qualified athletes may receive up to $300 in reimbursements. Qualified athletes must submit a travel grant application (will be posted by July 28) by August 31 to be eligible for the grant.
