2024 USATF Virginia Annual Meeting

The 2024 USATF Virginia Annual Meeting will be held on September 22 (2:00pm) at the University of Richmond (Queally Athletic Center) in Richmond, VA.  
 
The Annual Meeting of USATF Virginia provides individuals with the opportunity to voice opinion, ask questions, and volunteer to support association initiatives that provide improvements to the sport for the members of USATF Virginia.  It also is the time the association elects the officers and sport/administrative committee chairs that work on behalf of the membership throughout the year, coordinating track & field, long distance running, and, race walking, activities, for all ages.

Before the start of the meeting click here to indicate your attendance at the meeting (this will allow us to credential you to vote). Those who are not in-person at the meeting or do not sign-in will not receive a ballot.

If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else please use this form to submit the nomination before September 14 at 11:59 pm ET. Nominations from the floor will only be accepted if no one is nominated by September 14.

 
VOTING ELIGIBILITY AND CREDENTIALLING
Current USATF-VA members meeting the voting eligibility requirement’s outlined within the USATF-Virginia By-Laws and wishing to vote must receive a voting credential prior to the start of the 2:00pm meeting. Eligible members wishing to vote should arrive early (1-1:45pm) with a PHOTO I.D. and current USATF-VA number to present to the Election Committee providing them time to verify voting rights.
