Dabbs Nabs Bronze at NACAC Area Championships

Ethan Dabbs (University of Virginia) of Charlottesville finished third in the Javelin at the North American, Central American, and Caribbean Area Championships that were contested August 19-21 in The Bahamas.

Dabbs bronze medal throw of 81.43m (267-2) came in the fifth round of the competition. The mark is his second best in his career; only trailing his personal best of 82.92m (272-0) set earlier this year at the ACC championships.  Curtis Thompson of the U.S. won the event with a throw of 84.23m (276-4).
