When entering the PHF 5K on the Runway be sure to include your USATF # to ensure you will be scored in the USATF Virginia championships.
The entry deadline for individuals competing in the USATF Virginia Championships is Thursday, September 19 (11:59 pm).

Name not listed? If you are entered in the PHF 5K on the Runway and would like to compete in the Virginia championship be sure your USATF membership is current and then send an email to USATF Virginia.

Championship medals will be awarded as follows:

Open - top three (men & women)
Masters - top three in each 5 year age division (40-44, 45-49, 50-54....95-99)
